January 1st in oshkosh wisconsin while parked in driveway I warmed up our 2013 chrysler town & country for 15 minutes and loaded up ready to go and turned on wipers and quickly noticed stuck to glass from ice so turned switch off. Broke loose from glass and retried wipers and poof they do not work. Checked all fuses & relays and tested wiper motor along with multi switch all good. Hooked my ansus fx4000 scanner to learn I have a tipm module problem.
