Consumer was seated in the middle of a bench seat during a head on collision and was badly injured by the rear view mirror mounted to the top of the interior, there was no upper body restraint and no air bag to protect her from the rear view mirror, consumer believes the rear view mirror needs to be changed, or there should be more restraint provided for the passengers taht are seated in the middle. Injury

Hood latch failure. Hood popped open and smashed the roof on my truck. First daimler chrysler said they would not cover it because I recieved a recall notice (which I didn't) and also the place that I had the recall fixed to begin with will not fix my vehicle. I have had this hood latch replaced once already in june 2001 ( or so I thought) when the hood blew open the first time.
