Brand new 2008 grand caravan sxt engine fire. Vehicle was purchased brand new and is three weeks old. Total miles on vehicle 834. Engine fire engulfed whole vehicle for a total loss.

There is a current recall on our vehicle, the l25 win module detention ring. The vehicles key can move into the accessory mode and the car shuts off, no power steering, no bower brakes, no airbag etc. Vehicle just rolls to a stop. This has happened 5 times while my wife is driving the car with our 3 children inside. This is extremely dangerous for my family and others on the roadway. Dodge does not have the part to fix my vehicle and can not tell me when this part will come available.
