What owners wrote

The van motor cut out while turning left at an intersection and another car collided with the van. The front air bags went off . There was considerable damage to the front end. On numerous occasions I complained to the dealer that the engine was stalling, cutting out, missing and lack of power. The dealer could not find a problem and nothing showed up on the computer. The dealer has a record on file of my complaints. Has anyone pursued legal action regarding similar problems such as I have experienced?

My wife started our van and it didn't start. She got it started and went a few miles down the road. After stopping at a stop sign she took off and was going approximately 35 MPH when the vehicle abruptly stalled. She lost power steering and was able to get it stopped before going into the ditch. Had she been traveling faster she probably would have wrecked. She had my two year old with her and is currently 13 weeks pregnant. ....updated 11/02/15 updated 1/4/2016 updated 11/22/2017
