What owners wrote

The engine/powertrain occasionally does not accelerate on the freeway causing us to backup traffic. This happens randomly and will eventually cause a major accident. I have contacted dodge but they want me to leave my car for 6 weeks with no loaner I am a single mother that is not possible. The car is under bumper to bumper coverage but they still wont fix the issue! Also my heated seats are stuck on high and often smell like they are going to catch fire! Again dodge wont help!

August 2022 Fire

I was driving on the highway, at about 60MPH, was slowly the car down because I was going to be making a right turn. Out of nowhere my steering wheel started to lock up, as did the brakes. I had no control of my car. My car came to a stop by itself and I did not have control of it again until I turned it off and restarted it. I was almost in a very serious accident
