2000 dodge ram my dash has cracked and imploded. Pieces of plastic hit me in the face while I was driving and now my airbag light is on. I had to swerve to the side of the road with blood gushing from head. I'm lucky to be alive.
Dash board has literally shattered!! Started with what looked like a stress cracked when vehicle was 2 years old, then cracks appeared every where. Have brought in to dealer a few times to complain, but was told there was nothing that could be done. They have received other complaints but until there was a recall nothing could be done unless it was at my expense ($550). Dash is now duct taped together (what pieces remain) and have purchased a dash mat to cover.
