What owners wrote

'recall campaign' received after 7 transmission have been installed in 1995 eagle vision. The dealer suggested that nothing was wrong with the shifting but something was wrong with the transmission. The vehicle continued to exhibit movement/non movement at times. The vehicle went into reverse with no occupants in the vehicle and the gear indicator remained in the park position. The consumer requested funds in the amount of the original cost of the vehicle.

I purchased my 1995 eagle vision from northtowne in amherst, ny, in 2001. Eight months after I purchased it, the transmission went, I had another installed. I later learned that eagles were known for transmission failure-my transmission went again on 2/13/04 costing me $810, I would like to file a claim against the company as I feel the whole system is defective and fear I will be putting in another transmission within the next year as I have been doing.
