I purchased my 1995 eagle vision from northtowne in amherst, ny, in 2001. Eight months after I purchased it, the transmission went, I had another installed. I later learned that eagles were known for transmission failure-my transmission went again on 2/13/04 costing me $810, I would like to file a claim against the company as I feel the whole system is defective and fear I will be putting in another transmission within the next year as I have been doing.

Dt*: the contact stated the shifter arm was difficult to shift from the park position to drive or reverse whenever the vehicle was started. Transmission fluid was added every week or two, which seemed to make shifting easier. The air conditioner failed and an independent mechanic determined the coil was flat and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified.
