What owners wrote
I was sitting in my car and the back wind shield exploded over my dog and I. Ford was made aware of the issue, and apparently the Bronco's rods hyper extend and cause the tempered glass to break. Ford wont cover any damages done, and says it isn't covered by warranty. Although the dealership and Ford acknowledge no pressure was existenet to cause the window to burst randomly. In addition, Ford is aware the plastic placer screws in the removable hardtop is defective and cracks over time.
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that when the front driver’s and passenger’s side windows were rolled halfway down, an abnormally loud, rattling sound was coming from the vehicle while driving over bumps in the roadway. In addition, the front passenger's window was off track and failed to lower itself while attempting to exit the vehicle. The contact stated that since the window did not lower, he was forced to exit the vehicle through the passenger side door.
