What owners wrote

My daughter was involved in a head on collision. The airbag deployed but split open and she said it looked like smoke came out of it. Also the seat belt did not lock on impact. She sustained minor injuries to her right arm and abdomen hips and back. The vehicle was in motion going 45 MPH the other car was going 70 MPH and it was on a city street.

Reported at 77,000 miles, May 2016 CrashInjury

On january 27th.. My car (2012 ford focus se 4door 5 speed) my car had 33,342 miles on it once it came into the service bay at asheville ford in asheville nc. I was advised that the car would have to stay for the day and look into the situation. Car would die at random, lights would come on like a christmas tree (oil pressure light, battery light, traction light, ESC light, information light, check engine light) and a message would appear (engine malfunction service now).
