What owners wrote
Driver was in small local shopping center, he turned into parking space, applied brake, when car accelerated over curb onto sidewalk and through front of building.
I was cruising along a major urban highway @ 50MPH when I suddenly lost the ability to accelerate. Car lost speed and went to 45 then down to 40 and I was unable to accelerate. Luckily traffic was light and I was able to cross the two lanes over to the right and exit the main road and limped along to a stop in a safe area. Dealership had to replace the throttle body and motor. Was not covered by ford's csp 13n03 which had been issued for a similar problem.
