Consumer was involved in 50 MPH frontal collision in which the driver's/passenger's air bags did not deploy, also seat belts did not lock up. Please give any further details.
Both front and the rear passenger side seat belt failed to retract back into its holster when they were unfastened. Driver's side seat belt assembly was replaced, but the problem recurred.
