Man-tran: transmission grinds between 1st and 2nd gear causing difficulty going into 2nd gear; distraction caused driver to rear end another vehicle.
O/d light started flashing, tranny began slipping when shifting from 2-->3 and then also from 3-->4. Took to transmission shop, diagnosed with transmission failure. I have now totally lost 4th gear. This is the 2nd transmission failure for this vehicle
