Airbag failed. First accident driver was rear ended at 45MPH; the other time, driver rear ended someone else. Both times airbag did not deploy.
Tl* the contact owned a 1995 ford ranger. While driving 35 MPH, the contact's vehicle was involved in a crash with another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy and the seat belt pretensioner failed to operate as intended. As a result, the contact suffered a fractured c7 and t5 vertebrae. The contact was transported to the local hospital and then to uva medical center to seek medical attention. The vehicle was towed to an independent facility. A police report was filed. A dealer was not contacted.
