What owners wrote

I am in receipt of the paperwork concerning the above claimed for my vehicle. The paperwork in my possession clearly states that farmers insurance has made me aware that my vehicle 'has been determined to be a total loss'. I am concerned about these findings since it seemed my vehicle only suffered minor damages to the exterior only. Airbags where not deployed nor any windows shattered. I am also in receipt of the paperwork concerning my claim and determining I am 51% at fault towards the accident.

Reported at 14,400 miles, June 2016 Crash

I began to hear what sounded like loose rear suspension components about a year into owning the truck. I took it in for service and was advised that per the GM service bulletin, they re-torque the leaf spring bolts. It was fine for a couple of months, then the noise began again. It's now been to the dealer 4 times with 11 days out of service. The response continues to be, they've re-torqued the bolts to GM specs and nothing else they can do.
