The vehicle was driven and the brakes malfunctioned while making a left-hand turn. The vehicle crashed head on into another vehicle.

When the contact started the vehicle, the 'brake system failure 62 MPH top speed', trailer brake, service ESC, and steering assist indicators illuminated on the instrument panel.
