What owners wrote

Hello, I wish to report this injury / incident with the failure of the power running boards on my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Limited. There are no warning Lamps on the vehicle. The truck is regularly serviced and inspected. The truck recently had a multi-point inspection at the dealer. The power running boards started to come out after I opened my door, as I stepped down, the steps retracted and went back in causing me to fall hard on the ground and smash my knees.
