What owners wrote

There is an occasional burning rubber smell(weekly and daily) coming into the cabin of the truck from the Duramax engine/exhaust. The dealer was notified and they informed me from their bulletins on the matter, that they believe it is from a "wax" on the vehicle exhaust system when heated up. They informed me that their is no remedy or fix at this time. The smell and air quality that me and my family are breathing I believe is unhealthy and possibly toxic.
