My 2001 GMC yukon xl burst into flames while driving on the highway giving myself and my 4 other family members seconds to exit the car in traffic for no known reason and signal of fire. My car has several recalls on faulty parts which catch on fire. What should I do, can you please help me. My insurance company (geico) refuses to help with reimbursement of the car or any personal possessions or now time lost from work causing more emotional distress.
Dt*: the contact stated the brake pedal kicks back at a low speeds, prevents the vehicle from stopping correctly, causing a extended braking distance, which has created a vehicle safety issue. The vehicle was purchased used and has had this issue since the vehicle was acquired. There were no previous accidents, as shown on carfax.com, causing the brake failure.
Drivers side power window will not go up and down. The mechanism broke and the window slowly opens as I am driving. This same problem has happened to two other owners of a GMC yukon xl that I know.
