My lift gate failed to close while at grocery store. It was stuck in raised /open position. Could not close manually. I had to drive home and to GMC service center w/ lift gate raised. There is a GMC recall bulletin on file14300a but my vehicle VIN # is not tagged, inoperable lift gate. I was advised by service manager, my lift gate motor had to be replaced. This is my 3rd chevy/gmc SUV and my first two suburbans had over 250k miles and never had an issue w/ my lift gate.
