Consumer was rearended with such great force that it pushed vehicle foward, hitting a parked vehicle with the front end. Upon impact, dual airbags did not deploy which could have caused injuries.
The horn failed to work when needed. Vehicle was taken to the dealership, and technician determined that horn and the air bag were designed on the steering wheel. They need to remove the air bag to fix the horn, and this will cost $2500 at consumer's expense. The consumer requested that the manufacturer pay for the repair since it appeared to be a manufacturing defect.
