2004 Honda Civic fuel system problems

Whenever im driving my 04 pilot there is a loud and disturbing thumping sound coming from under the car..after speaking to honda and taking the car in 3 times I was told this is a normal characteristic of the car and there is nothing anyone can do.after researching this issue I see that there are many owners withthe same problem but yet no recall is even in sight.the reason for the fuel sloashing noise is due to the long narrow shape of the inside gas tank..

Tl* the contact owns a 2004 honda civic. While driving at various speeds,the headlights became dim and hindered the contact's visibility. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the reflector needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact depressed the accelerator pedal and the vehicle failed to accelerate. The failure recurred on numerous occasions.
