Tl* the contact owns a 2017 honda civic. While driving at unknown speeds, the windshield wipers were applied but failed to respond without warning. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer (casey honda located at 12943 jefferson ave newport news, va 23608) where it was being serviced. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 3,750.
6 weeks ago the air conditioner/windshield defogger stopped working in my 2017 honda civic that I purchased new with a 7 year/120000 mile warranty. I took it to the dealership who diagnosed condenser failure but claims they are unable to obtain parts to perform repair. Every time I call I get the same "in a few days" excuse.
