What owners wrote

A part of the rear suspension failed, caused the rear wheel to turn while driving at highway speed. Lost control and crashed. I do have possession of the vehicle, I can make it available. Safety - No control of vehicle- safety and life of myself and any other vehicle around me were at risk. Vehicle was inspected by the insurance company to determine value. No warnings, and the affected area looked acceptable. I am regularly under this vehicle, it has been inspected regularly.

October 2022 CrashInjury

Bought vehicle used in 2008 with 18,000 miles. After several weeks began to realize there was a definite pull to the right. Went to a local dealer for maintenance over the past five years and mentioned this pull. Each time I was told they did not identify any pull. When I took my car in this week they said they were able to identify a pull and they suggested an alignment and many other maintenance tasks totaling $3,700. I replaced my tires and this helped some what, but the pull still exists.
