Driver was stopped at a crosswalk and was struck from the rear at a speed of 25-35 MPH. Driver was wearing a seat belt and thrown forward and back when hit . As driver came back the seat bent back/broke and bent to the right at a 15-25% angle causing injuries.
Takata recalls the backrest of the front seats are broken and reclined backwards. This was caused by a rear impact when I was at a stop I think this can be very dangerous for the passengers of the second line of seats...honda oddysey ex 2000
