Consumer received recall notice 00v058000/rear axle in the begininng of april, and was told by dealer that parts kit was on backorder until mid may.
Noticed that fuel gauge is not working properly because it went empty even though I have a tank full of gas. I did some internet research and found out that this is related to a defective 'fuel sending unit'. It affects honda passports and isuzu rodeo vehicles . My SUV honda passport fuel gauge is not working due to bad float chamber on the pump component has manufacturing defects. My fuel gauge has started fluctuating wildly. The most common thing though, is that it reads out of gas shortly after a fill up.
