Takata recall yesterday 2/05/16 I contacted american honda motor inc and was given a claim number 04437864 to begin the process of obtaining a rental to use until the parts are available for the recall. A VIN search included my vehicle at the time and was verified. I was assigned to lisa (case manager) who left a voicemail yesterday afternoon. After 3 failed attempts to reach her I attempted to move forward on my own in picking up a rental and dropping if my truck at the local dealer rick woodson honda.
