Reported at 35,000 miles, June 2008 CrashInjury

I was driving my 2004 h2 hummer. I was on a deep slope hill. I was backing up and I hit a 500 series mercedez on his left bumper from left rear bumper. Immediately after I hit, I started to shift the gear so that I could stop the car to get out to see what happened. At this point, the hummer started to travel at very fast speed down the street in the same pattern that I had originally driven up. I tried to apply the brakes, brakes did not work. I tried to steer, steering was in a lock position.

June 2004 CrashInjury

Front wheel linkage failure, wheel fell off. My brother and I nearly died today from an accident in my mothers h2. We had just left a friends house and were traveling at about 35 MPH when all of a sudden it seemed that the front driver side wheel broke free. The h2 violently swerved to the left and even though I am a big guy it was almost impossible to keep that 6000 lbs beast from swerving.

Reported at 3,000 miles, July 2004 Crash

1. Voltage meter erratic 2. Windshield wipers stopped working, wipers stopped and remain in the middle of the windshield. 3. Dashboard instrument panel remained on with battery light and radio after switching off and locking vehicle. It was necessary to disconnect the battery to disable this condition. On morning of 5/17/2012, we reconnected the battery and voltage meter and instrument panel was normal. Windshield wipers are still inoperable.
