2000 Hyundai Elantra wipers, windshield & visibility problems

Three window regulators on my 2000 hyundai elantra are not working and I am unable to roll them up and down. The rear passenger side window slides down when I am driving. Approximately a year ago. I had the drivers side regulator replaced and it's broke again. They don't seem to last. In order for me to put the windows up I have to hold the switch and the window. I have hurt my hands countless times already..it hurts alot!! Please help me concerning the window regulators on these cars.

No events lead to failure, it is just happening while parked, driving down the road. It has failed in all 4 window of the car. The first window was under warranty and the window regulator was placed. The remaining 3 windows are still broken until $1000.00 is available for repair.
