On november 09, 2011 we were involved in a four vehicle crash. We were driving northbound on the highway when a vehicle driving at least at 70 MPH struck us from behind, causing our vehicle to impact another vehicle in the front. My vehicle was a declared a total loss, none of the airbags in my vehicle deployed with the impacts. Due to airbag failure my husband and I received severe injuries.
Tl* takata recall. The contact owns a 2006 infiniti m35. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16v349000 (air bags). The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that there were cracks along the dash board. The technician mentioned that if the recall were performed, there was a possibility that the cracks on the dashboard could enlarge. The technician also stated that the part needed to perform the recall repair was unavailable.
