On november 09, 2011 we were involved in a four vehicle crash. We were driving northbound on the highway when a vehicle driving at least at 70 MPH struck us from behind, causing our vehicle to impact another vehicle in the front. My vehicle was a declared a total loss, none of the airbags in my vehicle deployed with the impacts. Due to airbag failure my husband and I received severe injuries.
Dt*: the contact stated while applying the brakes the vehicle suddenly accelerated without warning. The sudden acceleration caused the vehicle to crash into a concrete wall, causing a minor knee injury. The vehicle was towed to the dealership as a precaution. Upon inspection the dealership was unable to duplicate the problem. The problem occurred on multiple occasions and was inspected each time.
The dashboard in my vehicle is melting. There is a glare that blinds me and the dash above the steering wheel melts so bad and gets so hot it burns my fingers while driving. I try to avoid touching it but I forget sometimes. I shouldn't have to avoid getting burned while driving.
On july, 22, 2009, my 2006 infiniti m35x accelerated out of control. I had parked the car and it took off , went through a metal fence, through some bushes and pulled a pole from the ground. The pole lodged at the bottom of the car and stopped the car which had not responded to the brakes. I was close to a brick building and would have been seriously injured or killed (according to the police) if the car had kept on going.
I bought a used m35x and the car since I purchases has a problem with the steering tracking when on the highway. The car tracks to the bumps in the road and pulls you out of the lane. To counter you need to dramatically pull the wheel back to counter. Something isn't right with the car design or set-up. I have new tires and alignment and this still didn't correct the issue fully.
