I purchased a 2007 infiniti m45 sport and feel that I have an incredibly dangerous safety issue due to the steering and/or wheels and tires. The problem, known as "tramlining", is that on slightly uneven or lightly damaged roads the car's steering decides to aggressively follow a path that it chooses itself and if the driver has the slightest lapse in attention, the car will abruptly veer completely into a different lane or off the road. "white-knuckled" driving has become all too familiar to me as a result.
Infiniti m45 warranty notice for radiator fan motor. The consumer was not satisfied about the way infiniti was handling a potentially dangerous situation by only extending the warranty.
My 2007 infiniti m45 suddenly lost all electrical power throughout the vehicle resulting in the engine stalling which potentially could have resulted in a crash. The vehicle was immediately towed to passport infiniti of alexandria for diagnosis and repair. The diagnostic test revealed a failed intelligent power distribution module, ipdm which after in-depth research, has proven to be faulty in multiple nissan & infiniti vehicles ranging from years 2004 - 2006.
While driving, my engine shuts down. This has happen a few times. Diagnostic says it is a camshaft sensor. I had that replaced and it continues to cut off while driving. This is extremely dangerous.
I bought the vehicle from the owner and it drove fine til recently I was at a light and it started to want to turn off and did I could not get it to start again stuck at a light for another 5 mins of trying to turn it on. It has continue to do so as im driving while coming to a stop and all lights turn on and stalls again til it dies.
