What owners wrote
Separate but related issues: 1) crash- car was parked at a gas station with nobody inside; after a minute or two it reversed, turned, came to a stop, then moved forward and crashed into a wall. Have gas station surveillance video footage to show. Has been described as "haunted." perhaps related to accident avoidance systems. 2) power does not engage on incline- on several occasions (repeatable) when the car is on a modest incline and stopped, the forward power does not engage causing car to roll backward.
Automatic transmission zerks and lurches, and sometimes fails to engage when starting from full stop. The same issue occurs when trying to reverse. The issue is especially a problem when starting from a full stop on a hill. The beverly hills infiniti repair garage said they could not duplicate the issue, yet it is a well-known issue as described by several owners via internet postings.
