July 2008 CrashInjury

I was driving down the road when the sun roof shade came loose and bump me on the head and my passenger's. It has happened twice in a week. It seems like the holder that holds the shade lost its bond with the glue that holds it.

April 2007 Injury

I bought the 2001 rodeo sport in 2001, it was fine until recently when I was driving and it just turned off then I was able to restart it no problem. Then the next day the cruise control set itself when I was trying to accelerate and then it went off and then it has also just set the cruise control without me doing anything and then the cruise lights went out. Also this happens when I go over speed bumps and sometime when I turn corners and today it happened twice on the highway and I was forced to pull over.

Reported at 10,300 miles, October 2006

While driving on the toll road @ approx. 55 MPH, the rear suspension snapped and the vehicle began to fishtail. Luckily, I was able to slow down and regain control of the vehicle. I was able to proceed at approx 20 MPH and exit the toll road. Upon parking, I was able to examine the rear and saw that the complete rear suspension was rusted through and the drivers side snapped off. After having two mechanics look over the vehicle, we are being told it is not repairable.
