What owners wrote

In 2017, both headlights on my 2014 grand cherokee overland went out. When I took the car to dealership, they said they had never had the headlights burn out on a jeep that age. They said it would be over $700 to replace the bulbs. I was not able to afford this at the time. Two days later, my jeep stalled in traffic and the alternator started burning while driving to work; my car had to be towed to the closest auto mechanic where the alternator was replaced. I also had the headlamp bulbs replaced.

Reported at 60,000 miles, December 2017 Fire

I have had my jeep for 2 weeks. When driving at night I cannot see 20-30 feet in front of me and there is not much difference between dim and bright. This is very dangerous so I replaced the bulbs with sylvania silverstar halogen zxe. The bulbs are brighter but did not correct the distance visibility. Too dangerous to drive after dark especially with on coming traffic.
