On October 20, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM, while driving on the highway to pick up my children from school, the driver-side back cushion (airbag/cushion system) in my seat unexpectedly deployed or inflated with significant force, striking my back. The impact was strong enough to leave a visible mark, which I have documented with photographs. As a result, I experienced immediate back pain and was at serious risk of losing control of the vehicle due to the sudden and forceful nature of the incident.
