08 jeep wrangler rubicon 6 speed transmission. When starting out in first gear the transmission will violently jump back and out of first gear. Took it into the dealer 6+ times to have them look at it. It did happen to a service tech and they replaced the transmission. The new transmission started doing the same thing 5 miles from the dealer. Took back again. The dealer responce was it was driver error. Went to another dealer. That manager says that brand new jeeps with 6 speed transmissions jump out of gear.
