What owners wrote

On friday march 14, 2014 I was driving with my 1 year old daughter on harmony church road (route 704) on my way to my son's elementary school. My daughter was in a car seat in the back seat, directly behind the passenger seat. While en route, my 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited hit drifted to the shoulder of the road and the passenger side front tire was pulled into soft mud. I lost control of the vehicle. My vehicle was pulled to the right shoulder of the road and I went off the road.

Purchased vehicle used in may 2015. I'm the second owner. On approximately aug. 29, while driving and making a left turn from a stop, I heard a banging noise. The same banging noise happened about 1 week later (sep. 3), but this time when turning right from a stop. I drove the vehicle home and inspected under the vehicle to check it out. I discovered that the upper control arms on both the driver rear and passenger rear sides were completely broken.
