What owners wrote

Vehicle has been at dealer since october with what I have found by research to be called a "death wobble" the vehicle shakes uncontrollable around corner and over bumps and cannot be driven. I have contacted jeep customer service several times per week since this has started with zero resolution. I attached service records of what they have tried to fix and hasnt worked. I need help.

My teenage daughter at 55 MPH lost control of steering on interstate 99. She described it as a flat tire. Upon inspection- nothing flat. I as her mother drove- sane conditions. She almost wrecked and caused a series of vehicles behind her to do so as well. It is a problem our local jeep dealer has tried to repair. Recall performed and yet still present. It's a very very unsafe vehicle. She's in college and unable to drive to class. The death wobble is infect there.
