On june 11, 2019 I was driving on regular speed limit of road 55MPH and suddenly deer and fox came, so I try to avoid them and hit the brake and ABS brake didn't work hit the fox and car stability control didn't work and car flip 5times and hit the deer as well, but none of my car airbags deployed after flipping and hitting.
Dashboard material has 'melted' and causes a significant glare in the sun. This makes it unsafe to drive. This has been reported to lexus. Upper portions of door panels which are the same material as the dashboard have also failed but this is not a safety issue.
I have had this dashboard problem with my car after the first year it was purchased from carmax. I saw a post online to where I can make a complaint about this and hopefully get it repaired. My dashboard has gotten to the point to where if I do not have sunglasses on, I can not see out of my windshield because of the glare that shines off of my dashboard. I can not clean it or wipe it off because it is so sticky.
