I have a 2008 lexus ls46l with 1319 miles in which I was t-boned. When I got the green I proceed through the intersection. A vehicle approaching from the right failed to stop and t-boned my vehicle. No air bags went off and the sos system failed to work. The vehicle has now been repaired but it is at the dealership awaiting a new SRS system since the SRS light will not go off. (did not register or work at the time of the accident) what it is saying is that an airbag has been deployed.

Sudden, loud, high-pitched, repetitive, chirping noise while my wife was driving on a freeway. She was frightened and felt forced to take her eyes off the road to check the instrument panel. She nearly struck another car. The problem turned out to be due to a failed radio amplifier. The loud noise had persisted even with the radio off.
