Tl* takata recall. The contact owns a 2012 lincoln mkz hybrid. The contact stated that NHTSA campaign number: 17v024000 (air bags) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for repair. The contact received the recall notification in march of 2017. The dealer (ted britt ford sales, 11165 fairfax blvd, fairfax, va, 22030) stated that the parts were unavailable for the repair. The manufacturer was also contacted and confirmed that the parts were unavailable and that they were not certain when they would be available.
"takata recall" notified of recall many months ago but every time I call dealer they say they don't have replacements. Dealer is island lincoln mercury on merritt island, fl note: date below is just a guess. I can not find notification
