2009 Lincoln MKZ air bags problems

Tl* the contact owned a 2009 lincoln mkz. While driving at 60 MPH, another vehicle crashed into the rear passenger side of the contact's vehicle, causing it to crash into the guardrail. The contact mentioned that the air bags deployed with excessive force and burned the contact's neck. The contact required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a salvage yard. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 116,000.

Takata recall dealer tells me they still do not have parts. I wish to join class action law suit before the date to file runs out due to lack of parts on dec 27th 2017
