1. Driving on two line road. To avoid head on collision had to deter off road and hit huge tree at 30 MPH 2. Seatbelt did not restraint nor did airbags deploy. Consequences are ptss, chest and neck trauma, extreme anxiety 3. Car is still under repair. Ford motor refuses to check reasons for equipment fault and negligence.
Takata recall. We/ve been waiting for over two years to get our car repaied. When complaining to lincoln, they offered a loaner. Have called the 2 closest dealers, and they have no loaners available. Lincoln gives us the run around. My god, they're in the car business and I can't believe they don't have loaners available. My wife is scared to death to ride in this car. Can you help us?
