Tl* the contact owns a 2017 maserati ghibli. While driving approximately 5 MPH, there was a sudden loss of power and the brakes failed to engage when the brake pedal was depressed. As a result, the contact crashed into the rear of the preceding vehicle. A police report was filed. The contact sustained unknown injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a collision center. A dealer was not contacted.
I have complaining to the dealer since I bought the car about noise on the steering wheel and transmission. The car since purchased on 2016 has been out for service 62 days. I reported several times a loud klunk noise on the steering and on the , took it to repair. Took the car to have it fix several times and the car continued with the problem. Last time after taking the car from service the car started pulling to the sides. The car was aligned, balance and new wheels were place this year.
The front wheel well liners will detach from the body of the vehicle. The retainer clips would break and the felt liner would be lodged against the engine/transmission components. This also allows debris to come in contact with the engine bay and transmission which could cause damage and malfunctions as well as premature wear and tear.
I was driving at about 60 MPH and had to break because a vehicle pulled in front of me. My vehicle slowed very well but when I eased up off the break the vehicle just accelerated on its own at a very high rate of speed. I almost collided with the car in front of me. I braked again and the vehicle slowed but when I eased up off the brake the car again accelerated at a high rate of speed.
