What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owns a 2009 mazda mazda6. The contact stated that the passenger side rear tire valve stem was corroded and causing the tire to go flat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised that there were no recalls on the tires or the valve stem. The failure was experienced twice. The dealer first repaired the vehicle at the dealers expense but denied assistance with repairing the vehicle a second time. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.

Reported at 26,000 miles, May 2011

Tire pressure sensor failed while traveling down highway, when finally able to pull over tire was completely flat and ruined, valve stem fell apart in hand while trying to remove valve stem cap, this is the 3rd occurrence while owning this vehicle, very lucky this time that it was a back tire and not a front. Each time that I have complained to dealership, I am told that the tire shops that are replacing my tires don't know what they are doing of which I disagree.
