I had a single car accident in my 2004 mazda mpv van with front end sustaining damage with no deployment of front or side airbags. I sustained significant head and facial trauma.
Tl* the contact owns a 2004 mazda mpv. While the contact's wife was driving 15 MPH, she struck another vehicle on the driver's side door. The air bags did not deploy. There were no injuries and a police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an unknown location. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to send documentation from the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 166,000.
2004 mazda mpv with only 400 miles on it is starting to develop a sulfur smell coming from tail pipe area. This has been a issue in the past with the mpv. Is there a fix. I have not contacted dealer as of yet.
During inspection dealership informed the consumer that all four tires had tread separation. The problem was not resolved. Dunlop sp4000, 215/60r16.
Dt*: the contact stated while depressing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle would not accelerate. The vehicle was taken to the dealership, where it was determined the bladder separated in the fuel tank and was getting into the fuel pump. The gas tank needed to be replaced.
