What owners wrote
A few complaints as filed, shortened and with personal details removed. The first ones are among the most serious reports for this model year; the rest are typical.
After about 1 mile of driving, there was a small explosion heard under the center console directly under the shift console. Fire started coming out from the shift console. Burned up center shifter console and carpet surrounding area.
The passenger side air bag does not activate with my wife in the seat. She is well over the 80 pound limit for activation. Seat was changed but did not change. Dealer service department says there is no fix. This is not acceptable.
Passenger side airbag light comes on (which means the airbag will not deploy) when my son (over 120 lbs) sits in passenger seat. When no one is in the seat or just my purse the light stays off (meaning it would deploy).
The vehicle was in a parked position at my home. Went and started vehicle and from park to drive it hesitated before it starts to move.
