The contact owned a 2014 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, another vehicle rear-ended the contact's vehicle. The vehicle flipped; however, the driver's and passenger's side air bags failed to deploy. The contact, his wife, and three kids were injured and received medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an unknown location. The vehicle was deemed totaled by the insurance company. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.

Passenger side airbag light indicates airbag is off despite the fact that there is an adult sitting in the seat weighing 125lb. After turning car on and off several times light will eventually stay off indicating airbag is now active.....updated 08/12/15 .
