What owners wrote

I had a severe accident with my 2014 nissan rogue AWD which almost killed me and my entire family. It was a miracle that we are alive. However my wife has some injury on the neck....updated 10/20/14 on 9/28 early morning, we were driving (in middle lane) on freeway (I-5 - southbound) at a normal speed and all of sudden I heard a big sound in the front of the car.

Reported at 9,600 miles, September 2014 CrashInjury

I was headed south on the I-5 (southern california, lots of constant traffic) when my car stopped accelerating after about 45 minutes. Going uphill, I put my pedal to the floor and wasn't going over 60MPH, my rpms reaching above 4. My car made a whining noise every time I tried to accelerate. So I put my hazards on, took the closest exit, and let my car rest for about 5-10 minutes. I got back on the freeway after resting and not a minute or two later and the same problem occurred.
